Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE

By using OpticParse or PhishVision APIs, you agree to these terms.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

OpticParse provides vision-based web scraping APIs.
PhishVision provides visual phishing detection APIs.
Both services are provided "as is".

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may NOT use our APIs to:

• Scrape websites you don't have permission to access
• Submit malicious URLs designed to attack our infrastructure
• Resell API access without written permission
• Exceed your plan's monthly request limits
• Use the service for illegal activities

4. API USAGE LIMITS

• Free: Limited requests per month
• Pro ($29/month): 2,000 requests/month
• Business ($99/month): 10,000 requests/month
• Enterprise ($249/month): 50,000 requests/month

Exceeding limits will result in 429 errors until the next billing cycle.

5. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service did not work as described.
No refunds after 7 days.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of our APIs. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

7. CHANGES TO SERVICE

We reserve the right to change pricing or features with 30 days notice to registered users.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
