Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE

By registering an account or consuming the OpticParse or PhishVision APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

OpticParse provides autonomous vision-based web extraction APIs, dataset marketplace access, and AI workflow automation.
PhishVision provides visual brand impersonation and threat telemetry analysis.
All services are provided with 99.9% uptime SLA on Cloudflare Edge proxy networks.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree NOT to utilize our infrastructure to:

• Target websites behind explicit unauthorized access barriers or violate computer fraud statutes
• Execute denial-of-service attempts or flood edge nodes with abusive retry loops
• Resell raw gateway API access without an Enterprise partner agreement
• Harvest restricted personal identity data without legal basis under applicable privacy regulations

4. PREPAID CREDITS & WALLET

• Non-Expiring: Purchased credit packs ($10, $50, $200, $1,000) do not expire and remain active in your wallet.
• Consumption: Credits are deducted dynamically per successful extraction or threat scan payload.
• Auto-Reload: If enabled, the system automatically refills your wallet balance when threshold parameters are met.

5. DATASET MARKETPLACE & BOUNTIES

Datasets purchased from the Marketplace grant non-exclusive, perpetual analytical licenses. Bounty escrow rewards are released to validator workers upon automated proof-of-work extraction completion.

6. REFUNDS & DISPUTES

Payments are handled via Lemon Squeezy. Due to the immediate allocation of edge proxy capacity, unused credit balances may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by submitting a ticket to support@opticparse.com.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OpticParse Technologies is not liable for downstream algorithmic decisions or third-party web content changes. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 30 days.
