1. INTRODUCTION

OpticParse Technologies ("we", "us", "our") operates the OpticParse Vision AI and PhishVision cybersecurity platforms across Cloudflare Edge and global compute infrastructure. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, cache, and safeguard your data.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Account credentials (Email and cryptographically salted password hashes via Supabase Auth)
• Two-Factor Authentication (TOTP secret keys generated and stored in encrypted vault state)
• Developer API keys (SHA-256 hashed, never stored in plaintext)
• API telemetry & execution metrics (tokens consumed, extraction latency, endpoint invocations)
• Payment information (Handled strictly via Lemon Squeezy with zero raw credit card retention on our servers)

3. COOKIES, LOCALSTORAGE & EDGE CACHING

We use essential cookies and browser LocalStorage strictly for:

• Maintaining your authenticated session across dashboard route transitions
• Storing your active API token securely on client machines
• Edge-caching scrape schema templates and benchmark payloads for sub-50ms performance

You can clear or decline non-essential cookies at any time via the cookie banner or your browser preferences.

4. URLS & DATA PROCESSED

When you submit target URLs for vision extraction or threat scanning, payloads are processed in stateless volatile memory at edge nodes. Extracted JSON artifacts belong exclusively to you and are not retained beyond your configured data retention and task cache intervals.

5. DATA RETENTION & DELETION RIGHTS (GDPR / CCPA)

Under GDPR and CCPA, you retain full rights to export your structured datasets or request permanent account and telemetry purging. You can trigger account deletion directly from the Profile Settings tab or by contacting privacy@opticparse.com.
