OpticParse Technologies ("we", "us", "our") operates the OpticParse and PhishVision API platforms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Email address (for account creation)
API usage logs (request count, timestamps, endpoint called)
API keys (hashed, never stored in plain text)
Payment information (processed by LemonSqueezy, we never see your card details)

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To provide and maintain our API services
To track usage against your plan limits
To send important service updates
We never sell your data to third parties
We never use your data for advertising

4. DATA STORAGE

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL database) hosted on AWS infrastructure in Singapore. We use Row Level Security to ensure you can only access your own data.

5. URLS YOU SUBMIT

When you use OpticParse or PhishVision, you submit URLs for processing. We do not store the content of pages we visit on your behalf beyond the immediate processing time needed to return results.

6. COOKIES

We use minimal session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.
